Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is:
Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure, registered at PO Box 2110, Ilford, Essex, IG1 9LG.

  1. Eligibility
  • The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of the promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
  • The promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility.
  1. How to Enter
  • To enter, participants must visit Valentines Mansion on an open day between Sunday 14 June and Sunday 22 November 2026.  Our normal open days are Sundays and Mondays (March to October 12pm-5pm and November to February 11am-3pm).  Please check web site before travelling for an updates on opening times www.valentinesmansion.com.
  • Simply hand your entry card to a member of staff who will take down your contact details.
  • No purchase is necessary.
  • Only entries per person will be accepted.
  • Entries received before or after this time will not be valid.
  1. The Prize
  • The prize is one gift card from Fortnum & Mason worth £500.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
  • The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.
  1. Winner Selection
  • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using an independent process.
  • The draw will take place on: Tuesday 2nd December 2026.
  1. Winner Notification
  • The winner will be notified via email or phone within 5 days of the draw.
  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner or use the prize for a future competition.
  1. Publicity
  • The promoter may publish or make available the winner’s name and/or county in accordance with UK advertising rules.
  • If you object to this, please communicate this via email/phone at time of being notified about win. The promoter may still need to provide this information to regulators if requested.
  1. Data Protection
  • Personal data supplied will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws (including the UK GDPR).
  • Data will only be used for the administration of the prize draw unless consent is given for marketing.

  1. Liability
  • The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or not received due to technical or other reasons beyond its control.
  • The promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the prize draw or acceptance of the prize, except where required by law.
  1. General
  • The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the promotion where necessary.
  • Any decision of the promoter in relation to the promotion is final.
  • This promotion is governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
