A Victorian Christmas
A weekend of festivities at Valentines Mansion for our much-loved Christmas event. With craft stalls, children's activities, Victorian displays, raffles, live music & more!
Our artists studios will be open throughout the weekend, visit the top floor of the Mansion and meet our local makers, watch them working, and buy unique handmade gifts for your friends and family. Find out more about our studio artists.
- Children's Drop-In Craft Activity - Saturday & Sunday 12pm-4pm Drop in to the Victorian Kitchen for some festive arts and crafts. Make a traditional Victorian Christmas card and a poinsettia to hang on your tree. £5 per child, card payments only. During busy times, you may be required to queue.
- Live Music - enjoy live music and carol singing to get you in the mood for Christmas - Saturday 1pm, 2pm, 4pm, 5pm and Sunday 12pm, 1pm, 2.30pm, 3.15pm
- Christmas Show & Light Switch On - Sunday 4pm - A fabulous treat for the whole family! On Sunday, we'll be visited by a very special outdoor Christmas show 'Sant-Nav' courtesy of Redbridge Drama Centre. With just days to go before the big day, the Sant-Nav, Santa’s Navigation System has broken down and sent the North Pole into chaos. Will the Elves work together and have enough time to get Santa back on track? Come and enjoy a show full of festive mishaps, music and plenty of holiday cheer! Includes our Christmas Tree Light switch on.
